• RY, GT, DT ，FG warehouses management.
RY仓储，GT仓储，DT仓储, FG仓储管理。

工作职责
1.) Main responsibilities: 

• 1: Make sure warehouse team work in correct direction, to ensure warehouse team member has correct understanding in knowledge and skill. Give warehouse team support and coach.
 确保仓储团队在正确的方向工作，每个成员有正确的知识和理解，给予团队成员支持与指导。
• 2: Make sure RY, GT, DT and FG warehouses are running under TS16949 target, such as 5s, FIFO, stock accuracy.
确保RY仓储，GT仓储，DT仓储,FG仓储在TS16949规范下运行，符合5s，先进先出，库存准确。
• 3: Make sure warehouse goods receipt in time, sending sample to QA in time, material stage to production in time, delivery to customer in time. If no special reason, goods receipt in SAP and sample sending should be finished next day the latest.
确保仓库收货及时，送检及时，发料及时，发货及时。无特殊情况前提下，SAP收货和送检应该最迟在到货第二天完成。
• 4: Make sure coordinate warehouse cooperation with other departments. When conflict happens, negotiate with other departments.
确保每天和其它部门的协助，在冲突发生时，与其它部门协调。
• 5: Make sure resources between all warehouses distribution as a whole.
确保所有仓储的资源作为一个整体分配。
• 6: Coordinate material flow between ACNT and ACNP.  ACNT to AG, ARO, AUK. ACNP finished goods to domestic and foreign customers.
协调ACNT向ACNP的原料供货; ACNT向AG,ARO,AUK的原纱供货，ACNP向国内和国外的客户成品供货。
• 7. Make sure the 100% OTD in both FG warehouse and domestic logistic
确保成品仓库以及物流每天的100% 发货
• 8.coordinate the material delivery with CSC, FG, Logistic， improve customer satisfaction
与CSC,仓库，物流一起协同发货，提高客户满意度
•  Continuous improving of WH and Logistic, to insure the effective and cost saving operation of WH and Logistic
不断改进仓库和物流，确保仓库和物流的有效运行和低成本运行
• Make sure the EHS policy can be executed in WH, staff work correctly, effectively and safely
确保公司安全制度在本部门的有效执行，确保部门员工能够正确，有效，安全的工作
• 7: Annual inventory coordinator.
公司年度盘点协调者。
• 8: Support local Management for any other requirement.
配合管理层提出的临时工作需求。
• 9: Report all nonconformity material or result to supervisor, not allow to make a decision without authorization.
主动向上级汇报工作中发现的不确认或不合格品，禁止擅自作出决定
• 10: To carry out all duties according to Amann safety working instruction, and wear the work clothes, shoes and all kinds of labor protection appliance etc. as requested.
按公司安全生产规定要求操作,并按规定穿戴个人安全防护服，工作鞋及相关安全防护用品等。

• 1: Strong knowledge in SAP logic and operation skill.
    SAP逻辑知识和操作技能。
• 2: Strong English listening, writing, speaking sill.
    英语听说写交流能力。
• 3: Quick response in different situation, strong problem solving ability.
    不同情况下的快速反应能力，和解决问题能力。
• 4: Strong self-control ability, can bear huge working pressure.
    自控能力，能忍受工作压力。
• 5: Coordination between different departments ability in communication, and keep fair in problem investigation and solving.
    不同部门之间协调沟通能力，以及在问题调查和处理过程中的公平公正。
• 6: Teamwork spirit, and result orientation.
    团队合作精神，结果导向型。
• 7: Strong knowledge in MM, WM.
    物料管理知识，仓储管理知识。
